Payments
All card transactions are made using Paypal, giving you, the customer peace of mind when using your card for online payments.
We do not store your card details.
If you would like to pay by cheque, please send to the address given on the contacts page. Parcels will only be sent once payment has cleared.
Delivery
We charge £3.75 per order* with delivery to anywhere in the UK.
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery is usually 3-5 working days.
Parcels will only be sent to the billing address of the Debit or Credit card.
An email will be sent to confirm that your parcel has been posted.
For all orders placed before 3pm we will endeavour to post the same day,(although this is not guaranteed). All orders placed after 3pm will be posted the following Day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be posted Monday.
For International postage we charge £5.99 per order*. Delivery is usually 7 - 10 working days.
Returns Policy
Once your order has been received, you have 14 days to return your item for an Exchange or Refund.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) providing the item(s) purchased are returned unworn with the labels still attached. We ask that you contact us to let us know what you are returning and reason for return. You must ensure all items are securely packed for posting. Please include a copy of your receipt.
If we are not able to exchange the item(s) then we will happily refund you the cost of the item. No refunds will be made for postage & packaging.
Please note that the return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
